DIY舒緩經痛按摩油
DIY舒緩經痛按摩油配方:
可可巴油30ml
薰衣草精油 5-6滴
快樂鼠尾草精油 4滴
羅馬洋甘菊精油 2滴
做法:
將以上基底油及精油加入容器即可, 充分混合即可
用法:
將適量舒緩經痛按摩油放於手心，以畫圈手法於肚臍下方士輕輕按摩，讓按摩油慢慢吸收。
功效:
幫助調整荷爾蒙，舒緩疼痛，亦有助放鬆身心，渡過經痛期
*注意事項：通經特性，懷孕期應慎用
*建議製成品6個月內用完

DIY relieve period pain massage oil recipe:
Jojoba Oil 30ml
Lavender oil 5-6 drops
Clary sage oil 4 drops
Roman chamomile oil 2 drops
Practice:
Add the above base oils and essential oils to the container and mix them thoroughly
Usage:
Put an appropriate amount of massage oil in your hand, and gently massage the massage oil under the belly button in a circular motion.
